We are looking for an ambitious, highly organised and commercially minded Wholesale Coordinator to join our Sydney team and play an integral role in the day-to-day execution of our global wholesale business.

Working closely with our sales team, you will gain exposure across the full wholesale cycle - from seasonal sell-in and global agent management through to sales analysis, order management, inventory and international account support.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who already understands the pace of fashion wholesale and wants to develop into a highly capable commercial fashion skilled.

The Role

You will be at the centre of our wholesale operation, ensuring our sales team, agents and retail partners have the information, product and tools they need to deliver strong seasonal results.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating seasonal wholesale launches across MINKPINK and Staple the Label , including rangebooks, line sheets, price lists, imagery, samples and selling tools.
- Managing wholesale ranges and product information within JOOR, ensuring ranges, SKUs, pricing and imagery are accurate and ready for global sell-in.
- Supporting Australian and international sales agents across key markets including the US, UK, Canada and Australia/New Zealand.
- Preparing agent handovers and seasonal selling packs, communicating key product stories, range updates and commercial opportunities.
- Producing weekly ATS, open-order and sales-performance reporting, identifying opportunities and issues for the wider sales team.




- Working closely with E-commerce to identify opportunities to convert available or cancelled wholesale inventory into DTC sales.
- Supporting showroom appointments and ensuring collections and wholesale assets are presented to a premium brand standard.
- Coordinating wholesale communications throughout pre-sell, in-season and closing periods.
- Monitoring international open orders and supporting successful fulfilment against available inventory.
- Managing order administration including stock orders, returns, cancellations, order reconciliation and JOOR-to-AP21 order processing.
- Supporting marketplace and retail partners with product information, imagery and other wholesale assets.
- Providing accurate reporting and analysis to support forecasting, seasonal planning and commercial decision-making.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

- Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail.
- Confident working with numbers, sales reports and large amounts of product/order data.
- Commercially minded and interested in understanding what is selling, where the opportunities are and how the business can grow.
- Comfortable communicating with buyers, agents and internal stakeholders.
- Able to manage competing deadlines during fast-paced seasonal sales periods.
- Confident with Excel and wholesale/ERP systems, experience with JOOR and Apparel21 (AP21) would be highly regarded.
- Passionate about fashion and knowledgeable about the contemporary womenswear market.
