Key Responsibilities- Reception

- Welcome and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner

- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and patient enquiries

- Coordinate and schedule appointments efficiently across multiple providers

- Confirm appointments and manage patient communications

- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation





- Process payments and perform daily reconciliation tasks

- Assist with treatment bookings and patient follow-up communications

- Support clinicians and the wider team with administrative requirements

- Manage patient flow to ensure appointments run smoothly and efficiently

- Uphold a premium standard of customer service and patient care

- Contribute positively to the culture and success of the practice

Key Responsibilities- Assistant

- Chairside assisting in surgical and restorative procedures

- Sterilisation and infection control

- Setting up and turning over treatment rooms

- Patient support and communication

- General clinical support and maintaining hygiene standards

Desirable Experience

- Previous experience in a dental reception, medical reception, or healthcare administration role

- Experience using dental practice management software (D4W, CORE EXACT, or similar)

- Knowledge of health funds, treatment scheduling, and patient management systems

- Experience in a premium customer service environment
