Food Production Workers / Factory Hands – Marrickville

Workforce Extensions Parramatta is currently seeking reliable Food Production Workers / Factory Hands to join a busy food manufacturing facility located in Marrickville .

These are hands‑on production roles working within a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment. Previous food production or factory experience is highly regarded; however, we are also interested in reliable candidates who are willing to learn.

The Role

General food production and processing

Packing and preparing food products

Working on production and packing lines

Weighing and portioning products

Labelling and preparing finished goods

Basic machine operation

Manual handling and lifting

Cleaning and maintaining production areas

Following food safety, hygiene and quality procedures

General factory hand duties as required

What We're Looking For

To be successful,



you will:

Be reliable and punctual

Be comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment

Be physically fit and comfortable with repetitive work

Be able to follow instructions and food safety procedures

Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Be available for ongoing work

Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, process work, packing or factory work will be highly regarded.
