We are looking for an experiencedWarehouse Supervisor to join our Rocklea team and play a key role in leadingdaily warehouse operations in a fast-paced fresh produce environment.

Location: Rocklea, Brisbane
Hours: Working hours will be between 2 am and 11am, Monday to Sunday depending onbusiness demand.

Thisis a hands-on role, responsible for coordinating daily warehouse activitieswhile leading and supporting a team to ensure the protected, efficient and timelymovement of fresh produce to customers. As Warehouse Supervisor, you will beresponsible for organising and directing warehouse operations to effectivelymanage the receipt, storage, selection, loading and dispatch of fresh produce.You'll work closely with the operational and sales teams to ensure customerorders are delivered accurately and on time while maintaining strong safety andquality standards.

What You'll BeDoing

- Driving a robust safety culture and ensuring compliancewith WHS requirements




- Leading and supervising daily warehouse operations
- Coordinating receiving, storage, inventory managementand dispatch activities
- Managing daily rosters and workforce planning to ensureoperational coverage
- Allocating resources to meet daily, weekly and monthlyperformance targets
- Maintaining accurate stock control and pallet management
- Supporting and developing team members

What You'llBring to the Role

- Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor, TeamLeader or similar leadership role
- Current Forklift Licence preferred
- Experience within logistics, warehousing, FMCG or freshproduce environments
- Excellent planning, organisation and communicationskills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-pacedenvironment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving ability and continuousimprovement mindset
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
