We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educator to work in our Preschool class and who is ready to make a meaningful impact — someone who values relationships, child-led learning, and above all, child safety and wellbeing .

What You’ll Be Doing

- Deliver high-quality, play-based learning programs grounded in the EYLF
- Working as part of our PRESCHOOL team, with two Early Childhood Teachers who are focussed on collaborating with you on the educational program
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families,



and your team
- Create inclusive, stimulating environments that reflect children’s voices and interests
- Lead and contribute to safe and responsive practices , upholding our commitment to child protection
- Observe and document learning and development, and contribute to thoughtful planning
- Bring your own unique passions — whether it’s music, sustainability, storytelling, or STEM
- Take full advantage of our stunning natural setting to promote outdoor learning
- Support and mentor colleagues to build a culture of curiosity, professionalism, and fun

Who We’re Looking For

- Diploma or experienced Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Experience in a long day care or preschool environment
- Strong understanding of child development , EYLF , NQS , and child-led learning
- Demonstrated knowledge of child safe practices and a proactive commitment to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player with a warm, reflective, and professional approach
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training, Food Safety training
- Valid NSW Working With Children Check and Child Protection qualification
- You believe all children deserve to feel safe, heard, and empowered
