What you'll be doing

- Daily customer order entry and processing as per site and contractual requirements

- Ensuring all orders delivered on any given day are supported by Proof of Delivery (POD) and entered into the Company records

- Coordination of administration activities to support operational requirements

- Responding to customer queries and requests as required

- Weekly reconciliation and processing of invoice activities in accordance with required timeframes

- Provision of customer reports as per contractual requirements





- Coordination of alternative transport for non-DGL deliveries

- Review, confirmation, and authentication of supplier invoices

- Supporting reconciliation of pallets process

- Sharing responsibility for ensuring Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are obtained for all products on site

- Support stocktaking activities

- Recording customer queries and resolution outcomes

About you

Here are the skills and qualifications you'll need to be considered for this role.

- A positive attitude and commitment to providing great customer service

- Willingness to learn and develop new skills

- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

- Good attention to detail and data entry accuracy

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work well as part of a team and independently when required

- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook

- Willingness to follow Company policies, procedures and safety requirements

Previous experience in customer service, inventory or warehouse management systems, or knowledge of the Australian Dangerous Goods Code (ADG) is desirable but not essential, as training and support will be provided.
