Job Description

SummitCare is seeking a Leisure & Lifestyle Officer to join our Penrith aged care facility on a permanent full time basis. You will design and deliver meaningful leisure and lifestyle programs to promote wellbeing, health, and resident choice, working with a team to tailor activities to individual needs.

Applicants should have a Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or related discipline, a current National Police Check, and experience in aged care.
