As Venue Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational excellence, team engagement, and commercial performance. You will be a visible leader who inspires your team, drives a positive workplace culture, and builds strong connections with guests, staff, suppliers, and the local community. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in the venue, not behind a desk. You will be visible, approachable and present, leading from the front and fostering a solid culture of accountability, service and teamwork.

Key responsibilities

Lead all day-to-day venue operations across hospitality, gaming, functions and accommodation

Be actively present on the floor during peak trading periods

Develop, mentor and inspire a high-performing team

Drive exceptional guest experiences and service standards

Oversee motel accommodation operations, presentation standards and guest satisfaction

Manage rosters, labour costs, stock control and venue profitability

Build a positive and engaged workplace culture

Maintain compliance with liquor licensing, gaming regulations, WHS requirements and company policies





Work collaboratively with senior management to achieve strategic and commercial objectives
