In partnership with Program Managers, Qualified Leads, Program Leads, and other stakeholders, the role contributes to the planning, coordination, and delivery of safe, high-quality clinical services.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver advanced physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and management within ambulatory care outpatient services.
- Provide clinical and operational leadership to support the effective delivery of outpatient programs.
- Support multidisciplinary team development through mentoring, supervision, and professional development initiatives.
- Contribute to workforce planning, recruitment, and retention strategies.
What you need
- Recognised tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy.
- Registration as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA.
- Current Victorian driver's licence.
