About The Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Multi-Skilled Labourer - Civil to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality construction and maintenance works on Council roads, drainage systems, and civil infrastructure.
What You'll Bring
- Certificate III in Civil Construction and/or 5-10 years' recent industry experience with experience in working with asphalt, concrete and formwork including pipe laying.
- Traffic Management Accreditation (RIIWHS205E - Control Traffic with Stop/Slow Bat and RIIWHS302E - Implement Traffic Management Plans)
- Medium Rigid (MR) Driver's Licence
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Strong experience operating small plant and equipment for road maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to use initiative
- Good literacy, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding and commitment to Workplace Health and Safety
Position Details
- Full-Time, 76 hours fortnight.
- Annual salary: $67,178.12
