We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced professionals to join ourNational Panel of Assessors . This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and recognition of excellence across Australia.

About the Role
As a member of the VOICE National Panel of Assessors, you will:
- Conduct independent assessments and reviews in line with national standards and frameworks.
- Provide expert, evidence-based evaluations to support quality assurance and compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure fair, consistent, and transparent assessment outcomes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of assessment practices and policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake:
- - Ongoing Support Assessment
- - Support Wage Assessments
- - Workplace Modifications Assessments
- Prepare detailed, accurate, and timely reports.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, standards, and best practices.
About You
- You are a highly skilled professional who holds as diploma or higher level qualification in:
- - Occupational Therapy
- - Physiotherapy
- - Counselling
- - Vocational Training
- You will have 2 year minimum experience working with disability employment or related field
- Solid analytical and communication skills
- A commitment to impartiality, confidentiality, and ethical practice
- Availability to travel locally (assessment are conducted onsite)
