Skills & Experience

- Experience in the Architecture or Design industry is highly valued




- Recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential — full training provided
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence in client interaction
- Strong networking skills and the ability to influence
- Target-driven, organised, and detail-oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus
- Team-focused, proactive, and motivated with strong work ethic
- Energetic, social, and able to manage daily activity effectively
