Redstone Recruitment is currently working with a number of established aged care organisations across South Australia who are looking to strengthen their Governance, Compliance and Quality functions.

We have opportunities available for experienced Compliance Administrators and Governance/Quality professionals who are looking to take the next step in their careers and contribute to organisations focused on quality care, strong governance, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

The Opportunities

- Providing administrative support across governance, compliance, quality and risk functions.
- Assisting with policy management, reviews and implementation.
- Maintaining compliance registers, calendars and organisational records.
- Supporting internal and external audits, accreditation and regulatory reviews.
- Preparing documentation, reports, meeting papers and governance materials.
- Assisting with risk management processes and maintaining risk registers.
- Managing compliance systems, including data entry, reporting and troubleshooting.
- Coordinating compliance training, including content, schedules and delivery materials.
- Supporting corporate governance and secretarial activities.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders, leadership teams and external providers.
- Monitoring legislative and regulatory requirements and ensuring key deadlines are met.
- Assisting with continuous improvement and broader governance initiatives.





About You

- 2+ years' experience in compliance administration, governance, quality, risk or a similar environment.
- Experience working with policies, compliance frameworks, risk registers or regulatory requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint .
- Exposure to aged care legislation, accreditation or quality standards is highly desirable.
- A relevant qualification in compliance, governance, business, quality or a related discipline is advantageous.
- A current driver's licence, where travel between sites is required.
- A current aged care-specific police clearance, or willingness to obtain.
- Current flu vaccination, where required by the organisation.
