About the Role

Reporting directly to the owners, you will play a key role in ensuring Mooloolah Gardens remains a well-managed, welcoming, and thriving retirement village.

This is a hands-on role that combines community engagement, resident support, village operations, and sales.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Building strong relationships with residents and maintaining high levels of resident satisfaction.

- Managing the day-to-day operations and presentation of the village.

- Coordinating maintenance requests and ensuring village facilities are well maintained.

- Supporting compliance with relevant retirement village legislation and operational requirements.

- Managing village administration, records, and budgets.





- Assisting with resident activities and community events.

- Promoting the village and building relationships within the local community.

- Generating enquiries and assisting prospective residents through the sales process.

- Helping maintain strong occupancy levels across the village.

- Fostering a positive, caring, and inclusive village culture.

About You

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and has the ability to build trust and lasting relationships.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous management, property, administration, or customer service experience.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- A friendly, approachable, and professional manner.

- Strong organisational and time management skills.

- Confidence using computers and common software programs.

- Experience in sales, property management, retirement living, or residential communities will be highly regarded.

- The ability to engage with local community groups and develop relationships that generate future resident enquiries.

- A genuine passion for supporting older Australians and creating a robust community environment.
