We are seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our fleet maintenance workshop in Smithfield.Reporting to the Head of Fleet and maintenance, you will lead a team of Heavy Diesel Mechanics, coordinate maintenance activities and help ensure our fleet remains safe, compliant.

What you will enjoy doing

- Superviseand coordinate daily workshop operations, repairs, servicing, andpreventative maintenance activities
- Lead,coach, and support workshop personnel to achieve safety, quality, andperformance objectives
- Monitorfleet availability, maintenance schedules, and breakdown response tominimise operational downtime
- Managerelationships with suppliers, contractors, OEMs, and warranty providers
- Ensureaccurate maintenance records, compliance documentation, and system updatesare maintained
- You will drivecontinuous improvement initiatives to enhance workshop efficiency,reliability, and cost control.

- Strongexperience in fleet, heavy vehicle, or diesel maintenance environments
- Provenleadership and team supervision skills suits your profile

- Strongcomputer literacy and experience using maintenance management systems
