Let’s make a meaningful difference, together!Your part in our UnitingCare teamWork in collaboration with people with disabilities, their families, and personal networks toassist the people we serve in everyday living situationsMentor, lead and manage a team of Disability Support Practitioners to deliver high quality care and supportEnsure safe efficient and sustainable day to day management of resources for particulararrangements, including staff, records, budget, buildings and vehiclesImplement intentional safeguards for people being supportedRecognise and uphold the right to privacy, dignity and confidentiality of the person beingsupported and their family.What makes a difference for us?Leadership experience in a similar role and relevant qualifications in the Human Services, Community Services or related industryDemonstrated ability to develop, lead and mentor staff, working within established budget, direction and guidelinesDemonstrated experience with internal and external reporting matrix’s and case management experience will be beneficial along with demonstrated experience in appropriately managing emergency or crisis situationsA willingness to understand the application of the principles of family or self-governance, personal autonomy,
