The Role

- Build strong relationships within the local community and generate current business
- Run open homes, prospect and cold call,



and follow up with buyers
- Coordinate mail-outs and maintain regular communication with clients
- Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors and other key stakeholders
- Coordinate pest and building inspections while delivering outstanding, personalised service

About You

We're looking for a true team player with a proactive mindset and a passion for delivering seamless property experiences. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in keeping everything running smoothly. You'll also:

- Bring a resilient, self-motivated and adaptable approach
- Be well presented, with strong communication skills and preferably good local market knowledge
- Communicate confidently across all levels, both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrate a strong ability to build client relationships and deliver an excellent customer experience
- Offer some experience within residential real estate sales
- Hold a Certificate of Registration, valid driver's licence and reliable car
