As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an ICT Support Technician to join our team in Sydney branch and provide technical support.Tasks include: • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network and system related technical issues. • Respond to technical enquiries and provide support to internal users, branches and customers. • Install, configure, update and maintain software applications and computer systems. • Assess user requirements and recommend appropriate hardware, software and technical solutions.



• Configure and troubleshoot network-connected devices, controllers and related equipment. • Repair, replace and configure faulty computer hardware, peripherals and technical equipment. • Assist users with system operation and provide technical guidance and training when required. • Support system upgrades and improvements while maintaining accurate technical documentation and service records.Skill level required: • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field. • Minimum 1 year of experience in an ICT Support Technician or a similar technical support role. • Completion of IT Service Desk and Careers certifications • Strong hardware troubleshooting and software installation/configuration skills. • Knowledge of networking fundamentals, wireless networking and Microsoft operating systems/Office. • Professional attitude and ability to work effectively in a quick-paced team environment. • Strong problem-solving, communicationHow to apply:Applications open on 16 September 2026 and close on 16 October 2026.Please send your CV to .
