About the Role

In this role,



the successful applicant will:

Support Play‑Based Activities— Assist in delivering engaging,play basedexperiences that inspire curiosity and support children’s development and wellbeing.

Create Inclusive Environments— Help set up andmaintaininclusive, stimulating spaces that encourage exploration, creativity, and discovery.

Build Positive Relationships— Foster warm, nurturing relationships with children to promote emotional safety, confidence, anda strong senseof belonging.

Support Family Partnerships— Communicate respectfully with families, supporting positive partnerships that contribute to each child’s learning journey.

Collaborate with the Team— Work closely with the OSHC team to ensure smooth daily operations, consistent supervision, and a positive,child centredprogram culture.

Our TASOSHCServiceis offeredon all school days, including pupil-free days (closed public holidays and for 2 weeks over Christmas each year.)

Before School Care operating hours are 7am to 8:30am

After school Care operating hours are3:00pm to 5:45pm

Vacation Careoperatesduring school holidays and on pupil-free days. It combines excursions, theme-based days, specialtyclubsand incursions.

About you

To be successful in this role youare:

Canassistwith the planning, implementation, and evaluation of a high-quality program, this includes contributing to the QIP.

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and open to learning newsystems

You will also bring:

Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services(or similar qualification) or working towards attainment, or

Working towards a certificate or tertiary qualification such as Education, Nursingetc.

Experience in OSHC or Vacation care preferable in aschoolenvironment (preferred)

Certificate - CPR

Certificate - First Aid

Applicantsare advisedthat it is an offence for a person disqualified or suspended from holding a blue card tocommenceor continue in regulated, child-related employment.
