Workfast is looking for Multi-Skilled Operators / Plant All Rounders to join a Recycling and Waste Management facility in Hemmant, QLD.

We are actively seeking dedicated Multi-Skilled Operators / Plant All Rounders to join our Recycling and Waste Management Team. You will be part of a motivated crew working in a quick-paced environment, ensuring that operations run smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate excavators, front-end loaders and forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Load, move and process waste and recyclable materials.
- Assist with feeding and operating recycling and processing plant.
- Work across different areas of the plant as required.
- Perform general labouring and ground duties when required.
- Assist with site clean-up, shovelling and general housekeeping.
- Work safely around conveyors, fixed plant and mobile equipment.
- Assist other operators and team members with daily site activities.
- Follow all site safety,



environmental and operational procedures.
- Be willing to jump out of the machine and get involved with hands-on work across the plant when required.

What You Bring to the Team:

- Australian Driver's Licence and full working rights.
- Excavator operating experience.
- Front-End Loader operating experience.
- Current Forklift Licence (LF).
- Prior experience in a similar multi-skilled operator / plant all rounder role.
- Experience working around recycling, waste management or industrial plant is highly regarded.
- Comfortable operating machinery as well as performing hands-on ground work.
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical & drug and alcohol test.
- A can-do attitude with a willingness to engage in physically demanding tasks when necessary.
- Professionalism and a commitment to team collaboration and workplace safety.
