Ghanda Clothing is seeking a Retail Store Manager for Carousel, WA to lead the GhandaGang and drive store performance. You will manage day-to-day operations, coach a team, and uphold brand standards in a quick-paced retail environment.

As the leader on the shop floor, you will coach up to 10 staff, ensure visual merchandising guidelines are followed, and work with the Stock Allocator to optimise stock and floor space while maintaining rosters and sales reporting with strong compliance.
