Dental All Rounder Wanted - Melbourne | Full-Time | Part-Time

We’re on the lookout for a warm, professional, and experienced Dental All Rounder to join our friendly and supportive team at DentalCare Carnegie in Carnegie, VIC!

You’ll be the first and last impression for every patient — and a vital part of our amazing Reception team as well as support our Clinical DA and Patient Care team. We are a values-driven practice where patient experience, authenticity, proactiveness, and teamwork genuinely matter.

While this role is ideal for an all-rounder, training can be provided for applicants who have a strong foundation in either front desk or clinical wishing to expand on their skills!

A typical day will include

- Welcoming patients and making them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive
- Managing appointments with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail
- Coordinating with our clinical teams to keep schedules running smoothly and on time
- Handling administrative tasks, including patient records, data entry, and correspondence
- Processing payments and health fund claims accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining accurate patient information within the practice management system (D4W).
- There will also be days that allow you to spread your wings and move around the clinic by:
- Covering Dental Assistant and Steri shifts on a needs basis




- Joining our Patient Care Team who are highly trained to speak to new patients and existing patients about their treatment plans

You’ll thrive in this role if you...

- Have 2+ years previous Dental Receptionist and ideally as a Dental Assistant
- Are friendly, people-focused and team-oriented
- Have experience with Dental4Windows (D4W) or are a quick learner
- Are a confident multitasker with great communication and initiative
- Are someone who thrives in an authentic, inclusive and kind work environment
