Aruma is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist children and young people aged 5–18 in a trauma-informed residential care setting on the Gold Coast. You will help with daily activities, schooling, life skills and recreation, building trust and independence.

You will work with families and professionals to create secure environments, advocate for rights, and support consistent progress for each young person’s goals.
