The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Cert III Educator to join a diverse service backed by a strong, supportive team. This role is perfect for educators holding a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, looking to contribute to a vibrant room environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality, age-appropriate educational programs for children




- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and the broader team
- Observe, document, and assess children's learning and development according to centre policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement curriculum aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development

Skills and Qualifications

- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid certification
- Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
- Passionate about early childhood education and fostering child development
