In this role, you will gather and analyse information, interpret evidence, and prepare clear, accurate assessment reports to support informed decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- You’ll communicate respectfully with participants, families and support networks, using trauma-informed and culturally-protected approaches to ensure people feel heard, understood and supported.
- Conduct support needs assessments through guided conversations and information gathering.
- Analyse and synthesise participant information and external evidence to support evidence-based outcomes.
- Prepare clear, accurate and defensible written assessment reports.
What you need
- You are a compassionate and adaptable professional with strong assessment, interviewing and stakeholder engagement skills.
- You can confidently manage complex information, apply sound judgement, and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Experience conducting support needs assessments or similar person-centred assessments.
