Goodstart Nelson Bay is seeking an experienced Assistant Director to lead our 59-place NSW centre, partnering with the Centre Director to support the team, families and the local community, and to drive continuous improvement across all centre operations.
You will mentor and develop staff, model best practice, and take responsibility for centre management in the Centre Director’s absence while using the Goodstart Practice Guide to deliver high-quality early learning and care.
