Zeea's Eatery is looking for an experienced and energetic Cafe Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operation of our café. This is an opportunity for someone who genuinely loves hospitality, enjoys leading people and wants to have a real impact on the performance and growth of a venue. You'll be on the floor, working with your team, talking to customers, solving problems and driving the business forward.

Key responsibilities

Take ownership of the café's day-to-day performance

Lead, motivate and develop the team

Manage daily service and ensure the café runs smoothly

Create and manage staff rosters

Maintain exceptional food, coffee, service and presentation standards

Deliver an outstanding customer experience

Manage ordering, stock levels and wastage

Control labour and operating costs

Drive sales and identify opportunities to grow the business

Ensure food safety, hygiene and WHS standards are maintained

About you





Previous experience managing a café, restaurant or similar hospitality venue

Solid leadership and people-management skills

A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service

Experience with rostering, ordering, stock control and cost management

A strong understanding of café operations and profitability

The ability to remain calm and organised during busy service periods

High standards and attention to detail

A proactive attitude and strong work ethic

The ability to lead from the front and work alongside your team
