In this role you will support the project coordination of and engagement for the Victims Legal Service, a team-oriented initiative of the Victorian legal assistance sector.

Key responsibilities

- You will lead collaboration and engagement with key internal and external stakeholders including our Victims Legal Service partners, including Aboriginal-led legal services, community legal centres, specialist sexual assault services and lived experience experts to assist the sector to better meet victims' needs.
- This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country.

What you need

- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to plan and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines, including demonstrated experience in the monitoring and evaluation of projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to influence and negotiate with people across all levels, including the ability to positively engage with clients who experience social, cultural, and economic disadvantage.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to plan and co-produce resource needs, working with a project management framework.
