About therole:

We areseeking Survey Assistants on a permanent full-time basis, DIDO from Sydney orNewcastle. In this role you will assist SeniorSurveyors in carrying out a variety of survey works, ensuring outcomes aredelivered to the required scope, schedule and standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with the setup of surveyinstrumentation and onsite preparation for projects
- Assist with survey instrumentationmaintenance and configuration of equipment as directed
- Assist with the capture of fielddata as directed by lead surveyor




- Ensure survey and compliancechecklists are completed and correctly recorded
- Assist with processing of fielddata as directed by lead surveyor
- Demonstrate a commitment to WHSEQand the assessment and management of health and safety risk that isconsistent with Group WHSEQ policy, procedures, roles and responsibilities
- Other duties and accountabilitiesas reasonably required and directed

Keyrequirements:

- CertificateII in surveying, spatial science or similar (desirable)
- Validdriver’s license and the ability to travel to various project sites
- Demonstratedability to work effectively as part of a team
- Goodwritten and verbal communication skills
