What You’ll Be Doing

- Run the day – own the Plumbing call board and keep our technicians moving.
- Make the call – match the right technician to the right job.
- Stay one step ahead – manage changes, solve problems and keep the board full.
- Keep customers in the loop – provide updates and ensure no surprises .
- Set the team up to win – plan ahead, track results and help achieve daily goals.
- Deliver 5-star service – work with our field team to create great customer outcomes.

About You

- Highly organised and able to juggle competing priorities.
- Confident communicator who enjoys working with customers and field teams.
- Quick thinker who can solve problems and adapt when plans change.
- Takes ownership, makes decisions and follows through.
- Positive, driven and motivated by achieving results.
- Strong attention to detail and comfortable working in a fast‑paced workplace.
- Dispatch, scheduling or logistics experience highly regarded.
