Join Our Extraordinary Team as a Disability Support Worker/Personal Care Attendant!

Prestige Inhome Care is looking for experienced Disability Support Workers to support our extraordinary clients across Mooroolbark, Croydon, Ferntree Gully, Doncaster, Scoresby, Noble Park North, Springvale and Lynbrook.

If you're passionate about delivering person-centred care, thrive working independently, and have experience supporting clients with complex needs, we'd love to hear from you.

Required Availability:

- Weekday mornings (7:00 am – 3:00 pm or more) – Minimum availability Monday to Thursday.
- Evening shifts (5:00 pm – 9:00 pm) – Availability from Thursday to Sunday.

What We're Looking For:

- A current Working with Children Check (mandatory)
- Demonstrated experience in NDIS disability support (aged care experience alone is not sufficient)
- Confidence working independently in clients' homes
- Experience supporting children and young people (our youngest client is 13 years old)




- Experience supporting clients with complex care needs, including Motor Neurone Disease (MND) and behaviours of concern
- Hands-on manual handling experience, including hoists, slide sheets and other mobility equipment
- Experience supporting clients with PEG feeding and Non-Invasive Ventilation (NIV) management
