Key Responsibilities

- Prepare,mix, knead, ferment and bake a variety of breads and bakery products.

- Measureand prepare ingredients in accordance with production recipes andspecifications.

- Monitordough quality throughout the production process to ensure consistency andproduct quality.

- Operatecommercial bakery equipment safely and efficiently.

- Ensureall products meet Bakers Delight quality standards and productionspecifications.

- Maintainfood safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements at alltimes.





- Monitorstock levels and assist in minimising product waste.

- Workcollaboratively with the bakery team to meet daily production targets andrequirements.

- Assistwith cleaning and maintaining bakery equipment, utensils and work areas.

Requirements

Skills & Experience

Applicants should demonstrate:

- Minimumone (1) year of relevant full-time experience as a Baker.

- Relevantbaking qualification, such as Certificate III in Baking or equivalent, ishighly regarded.

- Previousexperience working in a commercial bakery environment.

- Strongknowledge of bread production techniques and bakery processes.

- Abilityto work early morning shifts and meet production schedules.

- Strongattention to detail and a commitment to producing consistent, high-qualityproducts.

- Abilityto work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
