APS3 Participant Support Officer

We are seeking an APS3 Participant Support Officer to join our client on a 12-month temp contract initially, in a busy, participant-focused environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administration skills who enjoys helping people and delivering a positive experience.

The Role

As an APS3 Participant Support Officer, you will be a key point of contact for participants and stakeholders, providing clear, professional and empathetic support in person, over the phone and through written channels.

You will also provide administrative and operational support to ensure participants receive a high-quality service.

Key responsibilities include:

- Responding to participant and stakeholder enquiries in person, by phone and electronically.
- Providing front-of-house and reception support within the local office.
- Resolving enquiries and referring participants to appropriate services when required.
- Managing shared inboxes, appointments and telephone enquiries.
- Coordinating appointments and ensuring office facilities are accessible.
- Completing data entry and following up required actions.
- Receiving and accurately recording complaints and feedback.
- Managing participant matters in line with relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
- Providing general administrative and operational support to the wider team.

- Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to provide practical solutions.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when completing administrative tasks.
- A positive and respectful approach to supporting people with disability.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Confidence using computer-based systems, including Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and participant needs
