Our client is a Southeast Queensland company providing high quality building materials and tools for both trade professionals and retail customers. Continuing to expand we are pleased to be recruiting for a person who already understand tile adhesives, waterproofing, grouts, tools, and the flooring or tiling trade market at their Biggara Waters store.

Responsibilities for this position include:

- n

Customer service and store operations

n
- n

Stock control including stocktake, ordering, replenishment and record keeping

n
- n

Managing a small team

n
- n

Ensuring a protected work environment

n
- n

Ensuring the store/ warehouse is clean, organised and safe at all times

n
- n

Work closely with the sales team

n

n

n
Requirements n

To be considered:

n

n
- n

An understanding of tile adhesives, waterproofing, grouts, tools,



and the flooring or tiling trade market, whether it is from being on the tools or from a store, trade centre or warehouse

n
- n

Valid forklift licence, drivers licence. Can drive a high reach forklift

n
- n

Previous customer service and warehousing experience

n
- n

Ability to provide good customer service and communicate clearly

n
- n

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

n
- n

Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks

n
- n

Reliable, punctual and responsible

n
- n

Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

n
- n

Good computer skills (for inventory and order systems)

n
