Job Description

RSL LifeCare in Lyneham, ACT, is seeking a Residential Care - Quality and Training Coordinator. This part time, permanent role offers a 3-day‐a‐week pattern with weekday flexibility (Tue–Thu or Wed–Fri) to design your week around life commitments.

You will lead quality audits, coordinate staff training (including mandatory requirements), and drive improvements to resident outcomes and team culture. AHPRA-registered clinicians with aged care experience are encouraged to apply.
