You will lead and develop a dedicated team, oversee SFVC registry operations, strengthen partnerships across the justice and family violence sectors, and champion initiatives that enhance service integration and court responses.

Key responsibilities

- As the Specialist Family Violence Court (SFVC) Manager, you will lead the delivery, implementation and continuous improvement of the SFVC operating model at a local court level.
- Working closely with court leadership, the Family Violence Branch, court staff and community stakeholders, you will drive high-quality service delivery and support reforms that improve outcomes for victim survivors of family violence.
- You will play a key role in embedding family violence reform locally, managing risks and opportunities, supporting continuous improvement,



and fostering robust community connections that contribute to the successful delivery of the Specialist Family Violence Court model.
- Lead a specialist, purpose-driven team delivering critical family violence court services.
