Reporting to the Manager Strategic Outcomes, you will play a pivotal role in delivering major strategic land use and planning policy projects, with a particular focus on Council’s development contributions framework.

Key responsibilities

- You will be responsible for reviewing contributions plans, managing calculations and invoices, undertaking strategic planning research and analysis, and providing timely planning advice to key stakeholders.
- Review and assist with the implementation of Council’s Section 7.11 and 7.12 Development Contributions Plans.
- Manage and contribute to major strategic land use and planning policy projects.
- Undertake research, analysis and review of strategic planning frameworks and infrastructure needs.
