Are you currently an Assistant Property Manager OR new to the industry and are looking for a great opportunity?

You will work alongside our amazing team of Property Managers (Awarded 2019 PM Team of the Year) and our supportive Director of Property Management (Awarded 2019, 2021, 2022 & 2023 PM of the Year). This means you will be supported,



trained and mentored by the best!

Your role will include (but is not limited to):

Assist our Property Managers in their duties

Reception/General Office Administration

Liaise with both Tenants and Owners as required

Organise and manage home opens

Conduct routine inspections (PCR's outsourced).

We will provide all the necessary training and mentoring you will need to succeed in your role. We will provide development opportunities with the view of progressing you to the position of Property Manager, entrusted with managing your own portfolio.

We are seeking candidates who have the following:

Robust written and oral communication skills

Professional demeanour with a positive attitude

Driven, motivated and career orientated

Ability to work un-supervised and within a TEAM

Willingness to learn and show initiative

Current Property Management Registration (preferred)
