Primo are looking for a Maintenance Electrician to join our dedicated onsite team in Chullora. You will directly contribute to the safe and reliable operation of our production facility through proactive electrical maintenance.

n

This role offers an chance for work/life balance with no rotating roster. Choose the shift that works for you:

- Day shift:Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm
n
- Afternoon shift: Monday to Friday, 2:30pm - 11:00pm
n

Key Responsibilities nn
- Perform scheduled preventative electrical maintenance to maximise equipment uptime
n
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, control, power distribution and automation systems
n
- Respond promptly to electrical faults, alarms, and breakdowns to minimise production disruption
n
- Maintain and optimise PLCs, control systems, and electrical infrastructure for consistent operation
n
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards, regulations, and company procedures
n
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying recurring faults, participating in root cause analysis, and recommending long-term reliability improvements

- Licenced Electrician (NSW)

- Strong technical expertise with industrial experience highly regarded

- Motivated, proactive and safety-conscious attitude

- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently across all levels as a collaborative team player
