Entry Level Helpdesk & IT Support All‑Rounder

Cashpoint Payment Solutions is a national leader in EFT, ATM, POS, and Cash Management fields, with a strong reputation built over 75+ years of combined industry experience, specialising in physical and digital payments equipment and technology.

This is an entry‑level, hands‑on role based in our Chatswood headquarters, supporting both our internal team and customers. This is not an office job! You will spend most of your time on our Helpdesk or in our Warehouse staging equipment, with some General I.T support involved. We provide full “on‑the‑job training,” so whilst similar experience is preferable, it is not a requirement for employment.

What you’ll do

- Provide first‑level support to internal staff for basic I.T and system issues (laptops, email, user accounts, updating internal training documents, etc.).
- Answer Helpdesk calls, log tickets, identify issues, and assist in coordinating resolutions.
- Troubleshoot simple customer and partner enquiries for our ATM, EFTPOS, POS, and Cash Management products.
- Assist with staging, testing, servicing and preparing hardware and equipment for deployment.




- Help with general Warehouse and inventory tasks, as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in our internal systems.
- Work closely with senior technical staff and elevate more complex issues.

- No prior industry experience required – full “on‑the‑job training” is provided.
- Positive attitude, “can do” work ethic, willing to roll up your sleeves.
- Technically minded, enjoys problem solving and learning new systems.
- Reliable, energetic, able to follow directions, and multi‑task.
- Works well in a small, dynamic team environment.

- Working at our business premises in Chatswood (North Sydney, NSW). This is not a working from home position!

This is a “hands‑on” Helpdesk and Warehouse role; not an office or high‑level I.T position!
