You’ll be providing advanced skin and laser treatments while creating a warm, professional and personalised experience for every client.
Key responsibilities
- Conducting detailed skin consultations and creating personalised treatment plans
- Performing advanced skin treatments, including chemical/acid peels, microneedling, microdermabrasion, skin lifting & tightening treatments and more
- Educating clients about their skin, treatment journeys and appropriate home care
- Recommending treatments and products based on what is genuinely best for each client
- Confidently rebooking clients and building strong, long-term relationships
- Maintaining a high standard of client care, professionalism and hygiene
About you
- Diploma in Beauty Therapy or equivalent (essential)
- Experience with advanced skin treatments
- A genuine desire to grow, learn and become better every day
- Passion for educating clients and achieving great skin results
- Strong communication and exceptional client-care skills
- Professional presentation and a solid work ethic
- Positive, friendly and confident personality
