Golding is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join our team at our Milton office.

You will be enthusiastic, motivated, and highly detail-oriented. A proactive and organised work style, combined with strong interpersonal and communication skills, will be essential to your success in this role. Your previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment will position you well to join our fun and close-knit Accounts Team.

We take a mature approach to work-life balance, offering a flexible work environment, including the ability to work from home two days per week and enjoy five weeks of annual leave.

You will be required to:

- Perform a full-function accounts payable role
- Efficiently process a high volume of invoices




- Generate and maintain reports
- Proactively contribute to process improvement activities and initiatives
- Perform various administrative tasks and respond to ad hoc queries

You will have:

- A minimum of three years' experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable environment
- Advanced SAP skills and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly developed organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
- The ability to work both collaboratively within a team and autonomously
