HammondCare North Turramurra is seeking a Part time Specialised Carer – Dementia Care to support residents in dementia-specific cottages. You will deliver tailored personal care, assist with daily activities, and engage residents in meaningful activities while collaborating with nurses and the care team.

Applicants with Aged Care Cert III or IV are preferred, with flexibility to cover afternoons and night shifts.
