We’re looking for a Full-Time Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at Morayfield Tavern.Located in Caboolture South, Morayfield Tavern is a busy local venue serving modern pub classics, grill favourites and smoked BBQ across lunch and dinner.The RoleAs a Chef de Partie, you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to deliver consistent, quality food during service.You’ll be responsible for:Overseeing a designated kitchen section such as grill, sauté, larder or fryerPreparing and cooking menu items to recipe and venue standardsEnsuring food quality, consistency and presentation are maintainedSupporting and training Commis Chefs and kitchen assistantsMaintaining high food safety, hygiene and WHS standardsMonitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering and stock rotationMinimising food waste and maintaining portion controlWorking closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure smooth serviceMaintaining a clean,
