We are seeking a talented and dedicated Chef to join our team at the Leonay Golf Club in Leonay, NSW. This is a full-time role that will play an integral part in the day-to-day kitchen operations, assisting the catering team in delivering high-quality meals to our members and guests.

Key responsibilities

Assisting the Chef team in all food preparation tasks, including washing, chopping, and portioning ingredients

Following recipes and cooking methods precisely to ensure consistency in food quality

Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen workspace

Adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards

Collaborating with the kitchen team to efficiently execute menu items

Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday

About you

Relevant experience as a chef or in a similar kitchen role

Qualifications in Commercial Cookery or a related field

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities





Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality

Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to grow your culinary skills

Supportive and team-oriented work environment
