About the Role

We now have a vacancy for a Qualified Chef to join the team on a full-time, part time or casual basis. Our menus are a fresh take on classic bistro offerings enhanced by contemporary Australian restaurant items. Regularly reviewed to maintain interest and adjusted for seasonal factors. Specials which give our chefs the opportunity to shine are a regular feature.





Your duties will include but not be limited to:

Food preparation, cooking and presentation

Work within a team to assist in planning menus and special offerings

Monitor stock and orders

Support the training and development of team members and apprentices

Participate in regular team and performance reviews to continuously improve the business

About You

We are looking for someone who cares about good food and the customer experience and who can work in a happy and relaxed team environment.

At least 3 years of experience as a Chef in an appropriate setting is required

Experience in preparation, cooking, grill, fryers and plating

Demonstrable compliance with Food Safety Standards

A good team member who is reliable and adaptable to work under pressure

Full Australian working rights are essential for this role
