Are you an experienced Mortgage Broker who loves winning new business and building strong client relationships?

We're looking for a motivated, commercially minded Mortgage Broker to join a growing and thriving business. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales mindset who enjoys proactively engaging clients, generating opportunities, and converting quality referrals.

You'll have access to an established client database, giving you the opportunity to reconnect with existing clients and generate lending opportunities while continuing to build your own pipeline.

What you'll be doing

n

- Re-engage an extensive existing client database to identify opportunities, such as refinances and new purchases
n
- Provide tailored lending solutions to clients
n
- Generate new business through proactive outbound calling and relationship building
n
- Work alongside a dedicated support team who will assist you with processing applications
n
- Build long-term relationships with clients
n
- Achieve monthly settlement and business development targets, while contributing to the continued growth of a high-performing brokerage
n

About you

n

You'll be someone who enjoys picking up the phone, building relationships, and creating opportunities.
n You'll also have:

- Previous experience as a Mortgage Broker and relevant qualifications
n
- Proven ability to generate and convert new business
n
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Solid residential lending experience and exposure to a range of clients and loan structures
n
- Self-motivation with the ability to work autonomously
n
- A results-driven mindset and commitment to delivering excellent customer outcomes
