Key Responsibilities:

- Drive C&E; and banquet revenue through proactive sales and lead conversion
- Manage enquiries, prepare proposals, and secure contracts
- Build strong client relationships and grow a consistent sales pipeline




- Conduct site inspections and client meetings to win business
- Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to forecasting and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless events
- Actively convert MICE leads and identify new business opportunities

What You'll Bring:

- Sales experience, ideally in hospitality or events
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
- Highly organised with solid attention to detail
- Proactive, results-driven, and commercially minded
- Experience with CRM systems (Ivvy preferred)
- Knowledge of C&E; or MICE is a plus
