Key responsibilities

- You will collaborate closely with other health professionals and community agencies to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
- Join the Consultation Liaison Service (CLS), part of the Rural and Remote Mental Health Services, where you will help streamline specialist older persons care pathways, provide expert consultation via telepsychiatry, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve consumer outcomes.
- As an Older Persons Consultation Liaison Clinician, you will use your clinical experience and mental health expertise to deliver comprehensive, person-centred care and consultation services.
- Working autonomously within a multidisciplinary team,



you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate mental health interventions tailored to the needs of older consumers, their carers, and families.

What you need

- You will be required to hold registration with AHPRA to practice as a Registered Nurse or Allied Health Skilled within our organisation.
- Please note that this position is multi-classified as either a RN/M2C or AHP2 and the appointment classification will be determined by qualifications and experience.
