Key responsibilities

- You will drive recruitment initiatives, elevate our brand presence in the talent market, and help us achieve recruitment excellence.
- Design and implement innovative, proactive talent acquisition strategies that attract high-quality candidates across various channels.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to create compelling business cases for recruitment marketing investments, ensuring tangible perks and ROI.
- Lead the development, creation, and curation of engaging content to promote Courts Group's employer brand and attract top talent.

What you need

- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition professional, with a strong track record in sourcing, recruitment marketing, and talent strategy.
- Expertise in leveraging social media, job boards, and contemporary sourcing techniques to build a strong, engaged talent pipeline.
- Expertise in managing and optimising talent attraction platforms and tools, including Seek, LinkedIn, and other recruitment marketing tools.
